I have become so attach to this concept that I hardly speak to anyone without making mention of it.Social is the new paradigm and the new movement.Organization which were sometimes ago seen as mechanic entities are not trying to put some social life into their DNA setup.Companies are setting up site to engage their users and get to know them better.
This new shift in paradigm has come for a reason.It has come to take away, the one way broadcasting we have been used to for century now. Now the playing field has changed where companies now engage users in their design.It has always been we know you best and we know how some people behave and can use that understanding to map product into the mass market and have it sell well.And when it fails organizations tend to increase their advertisement because the thinking has always been one way,our way.Information flow has been one way and if result are not achieved we apply same straight line concept and think they is a blockage and so we either eliminate or increase our broadcasting.
Social networking has come to bring a level playing field where users get to interact with brands and a consensus is reached where it favors both parties.This is my first post read and give comment and also please I will appreciate it you find our grammatical errors ,let me know.
